I am Ana Carmen Foschini, a Brazilian journalist and writer who works on communication solutions for websites, books, press, and multimedia with eyes opened for innovation. In this blog, I try to provide current (and unpretentious) treatments of a variety of topics. Culture, cyberculture, arts, communications, citizen journalism, technology, and science all are common themes. “I would like to feed homepages, but I don’t know what they eat” is the cyberproverb from which I derive inspiration, as well as release from the burden to “do the right thing.”

Here you also find “Conquer the Web”, a collection of four books I have written with journalist Roberto Romano Taddei. The books of “Conquer the Web” are entitled “Blog”, “Flog & Vlog”, “Podcast”, and “Citizen Journalism”.

Written in simple language, they provide didactic information (rarely available in Portuguese) about these tools so that they can be understood and used on the web by anyone. “Conquer the Web” has been released only on the Web itself, licensed by Creative Commons.
